Vision 2026
Scaling and expanding Reach and Serving with more Wisdom
I want to first off thank two coaches, gentlemen, who have helped me immensely this year: Coach Shannon of Ramsey Solutions and Coach Nat with his Neutral Thinking Coaching Program. What is in this article, and as focused as it is, is the result of a few months of thought, challenge, and honing and a whole lot of patience and encouragement (and doses of reality) from these two men. So thankful the Lord gave them to me in the latter part of 2025.
As I move into next year, I like to have a Plan for the next year and Reflect during the last quarter of the year, and while in this article I won’t share the pages of reflection lessons I learned, as full as this year was full of unexpected shifts, some hardships, A TON of personal growth and travels—sharing for another time and context. I will focus sharing how my service pathway has become clearer. I also reflected back and gathered together some data points in gratitude: over the last 18 months (beginning this part time while teaching school) in the last year-and-a-half:
Toward the end of July/early August of this year, I launched in coaching fully - speaking and writing and I have learned so many lessons in addition to thankfully serving well. As 2026 comes, there are some shifts needed in scalability and delivery to focus and work smarter, not harder.
One of my lessons from being self-employed in a service-based business in the past, is that I offered to many services. Over several years on my own, I learned the hard way the need to focus through a coaching process and sabbatical. But that’s a story and insights for another time…
I also honed my niche. Many folks asked me about my previous consulting experience and itinerating once I was available working for myself again. I discovered 3 prongs/overlapping areas:
Financial Faithfulness . Expository Discipleship . Revitalization from Within
Conversational Evangelism, Podcast Conversations, Financial Skills and Habit Change Coaching, Equipping in Servant Leadership all overlap and feed into each other as I continue to serve in bivocational ministry as I have for nearly 16 years.
Vision 2026
I’m looking forward to starting the year off strong with a seminar in early January—serving in partnership with a church that wants to equip their members and bless their community in the arena of Financial Faithfulness. The 4 hour seminar workshop followed by a time of Q&A during their Sunday School hour the next day are how I will serve. Pray with me for impact, hope, actionable help and divine moments where the Lord works through financial discipleship to draw someone to know Jesus Christ as Lord that weekend.
I love coming alongside partners in serving their people through my knowledge and services—So grateful for the privilege!

Goals and Avenues
Goal: to serve 500 new subscribers for my ebook quickguide portal on Financial Faithfulness and emailed financial education mini course (free, being built by a developer as we speak)
Goal: 4 books (1 per quarter), pastor’s in particular have asked me about books/online courses this year. I want to meet that need by developing tested material gathered into short reads throughout the year.
Gen1toRev22 Project— I’ve worked on the SOAP Scripture reading > Observations on the context > faithful Application > Praying the text as a framework for teaching verse by verse through the Scriptures, Genesis 1 to Revelation 22, for nearly 7 years. The M-F video and podcasts models took a lot of time but did have impact. After surveying and aligning with my mission, I have made a hard call. I know I have folks who benefit from audio and video content because of visual impairment or travel, but I have had a small niche of bivocational pastors (a pastor who works full time or part time in addition to serving a congregation, roughly 60-70% of churches in the USA and globally) and aspiring ministers desiring equipping that responded to my surveying, I will be focusing on the written outlines/lesson process. I do want to record more audio video content in the future and have a large dream of curricular plans if the Lord wills one day. But teaching verse by verse through the Bible, while I have done about 30%, is a large project. To best steward my time and to build the framework of material for future broadcasts, I am going to serve those I most can equip in this season who are responsible for teaching the Word—meaning I am going to focus on M-F written lessons/outlines. Even though I am focusing on serving the pastors who responded most, the project is still open to anyone who desires to study what the Bible has to say. Please comment and interact on the lessons that will be released. In January 2026, I will be starting M-F with lessons through the Book of Nehemiah.
Goal: 12 Podcast interviews with guests in 2026 and a few segments of teaching, for a total of 20 episodes. This was decided from the incredible impact and feedback I received on having 3 Guests on The Ryan Marks Show this year: “A Theology of Israel” with my friend and previous ministry team member at Focusing on the Mark Ministries, Dr. Nathan Parker; “Expository Discipleship Interview” with 50 year pastor, Jim Nichols; and “A Conversation on Church Renewal” with previous Revitalization fellow cohort member and bivocational pastor, Paul Temple. A Big Thanks to my wife for the idea and designing my Logo!
Goal: minimum of 4 Speaking Engagements and 1 Conference. Thank you to Wheaton Public Library and Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church’s partnership this year in serving your events. If you are interested in having me next year, reach out and lets begin a conversation.
Shift: Instead of webinars, I’m looking to offer focused online workshops on topics with live Q&A that can be accessible on demand as well in a vault of mini-courses. Seeking opportunities to conduct live workshops & seminars in person as well.
Prayerfully open to: Speaking, itinerating, teaching a class at a Christian school or church, conferences as well as consulting with churches, nonprofits & businesses as I have in the past on financial faithfulness, strategic planning, personalized discipleship strategy that fits your context—all about helping people change through thoughtful faithfulness in obedience to God’s design.
Group Coaching
While I am still offering 1:1 coaching for men and 1:2 coaching for couples and executive coaching for leaders that model is a higher price point than many folks I have served this year. Therefore, to serve more effectively, offer a lower price point while helping more people and offer what I specifically have been asked about: coaching groups. Different coaching group offerings will be made available at different times. To start:
Limited to 5 Men
I am looking for 5 pastors in response to interest and feedback expressed in 2025, who are want to participate in a 90 day coaching process in small group format. There will be a bimonthly group coaching call with lesson and Q&A, 5-10 hours of time investment required per week including resources provided, Reflection exercises and Personalized Projects for your own situation. The coaching process will cover Financial Faithfulness as a pastor, Expository Discipleship framework corresponding to expository preaching as well as an example curricular implementation, and a beta test of my book (and requested course) on Revitalizing from Within a biblical theology and practical path to church renewal centered not on programs or speed but on faithfulness: the Word & prayer and wise planning & intentional action. I will share insights from 5 years of serving as a consultant and itinerant Replant pastor in 4 churches, and as a church member and minister for 12 years. Cost: $500 *ask about special discount if you are a yearly paid subscriber to my “300 on Substack”
